In charge of all Private Investment projects including IPP’s, and BLT’s related to generation, transmission and supporting infrastructure, including the 6 Million ton/annum Petacalco Coal terminal and ash handling system of the 6 x 350 Mw Petacalco Coal fired power plant.

Developed the CFE’s International Division, providing engineering and design services for diverse countries abroad in Central and South America and executed sub-contracts of engineering for companies like General Electric Nuclear Power for nuclear power generation.

In charge of all Interplant Services plants, mobile equipment and related for a greenfield integrated steel plant and iron ore mine. Continued later as Manager for Services and Technical Sub-director for the second stage expansion of such plant with an investment of over 3 billion USD.
